Diabetes is a dangerous disease because it will damage the heart, eyes, kidneys, blood-vessels and it increase health risk which may cause stroke, kidney failures, heart risk and blindness. A diabetes symptom is high blood sugar and it occurs when the pancreas does not produce enough insulin. Insulin is necessary in the body because it breaks down the sugars found in food and it regulates fat in the body and regulates energy.

According to research, it increases the number of diabetic people in the world. Usually, obese people have diabetes because of they have high blood sugar in the body. Exercising can also prevent type 2 diabetes because it will burn fat and it lessens blood high sugar. Our health is important as the saying goes health is wealth, we should take good care of our health because this is the only thing we have in our life. We should not take it for granted because when we getting older we don’t know what disease we might have. The best way to prevent health risk is regular exercise and proper diet. For me exercise is the only solution to keep in shape and prevent unknown disease. Exercise will keep us active and energetic. And of course exercise can lose weight effectively. We must be aware of the foods we eat because it might cause us health risk. Tom Hanks has been into diet and exercising. He is a good and brilliant actor. Let’s hope for his fast recovery.
