Rebel Wilson is really desperate to have a weight loss now in 2013. She is gaining more weight but she finally decided to go on a diet and work out. I know it is not easy to achieve weight loss but you will just take it easy. One step at a time is better since it takes a long time to lose weight. But I am sure that Rebel Wilson will be able to achieve weight loss because I could clearly see it through her eyes that she is really determined. I appreciate her since she planned for a weight loss. My only advise to her is that she should have a balanced diet mixed with exercise. If you are planning on a weight loss, diet alone will not help, but if you want to lose weight in just a matter of time, then all you need to do is to burn up those fats and the calories that you take every day out of your body.

Having an exercise is the basic way to lose up some weight and of course you also need to diet so that you will not gain weight during the process. The more calories you born, the more successful you are in your quest to lose weight. Rebel Wilson needs to go on an all out exercise but I think she can do it because she is very determined to lose weight. I think she has a target weight loss by the end of the year. For me it is a very good motivation to have that mind set. There are a lot of forms of exercise that Rebel Wilson could do and it is only up to her what form of exercise she is comfortable with. I know that she also consulted experts about this weight loss plan and I am hoping that she will be successful in her quest to lose weight.

Being fat and obese is very unhealthy because it will expose us to sickness. I know that at the back of Rebel Wilson’s mind, she wants to be fit and healthy and one of doing it is by getting on a weight loss. I know how hard it is at first but you must have the will and the guts to continue and endure especially on the cravings for food. During the weight loss process, you should be able to control yourself from eating too much. If you really want to achieve and be successful on having a weight loss, you should be mentally prepared and mentally tough to resist the temptation of eating too much food that could cause you to gain more weight. I hope that Rebel Wilson will be successful in her quest. I am looking forward for the result of her diet and exercise. I think she will be able to make it since she is very determined. She desired to lose 55 pounds by the end of the year and if that will happen, I would definitely be glad. I am cheering for her to lose weight and I know that she could really do it.
