Since Kobe Paras is still at his high school junior career, we can’t avoid the rumors that are spreading right now about what team he will be playing when he will be in college. As far as I’m concerned, there are two Universities that are mentioned to be Kobe Paras choice. These two Universities are De La Salle University and University of the Philippines. As you know, the father of Kobe Paras, Benjie Paras played for the University of the Philippines. It is his father’s alma matter and a lot of people think that Kobe Paras might be playing in the former team of his father but Kobe Paras already made a decision on what team will he be playing during his college years. Kobe Paras picked the De La Salle University, aside from he wants to be in that team, it is also his personal school of choice because we wants to be a member of the De La Salle Green Archers team and also, he wants to be educated on that school. Even though that his father is playing for the University of the Philippines during his college years, Kobe chose to be with a different school and his father supports his decision as long has he will keep on playing basketball.

I know that everyone is excited to see Kobe Paras play in the UAAP. He is just at his junior high school career right now and everyone should just wait for 2 more years before seeing Kobe Paras play for the De La Salle Green Archers in UAAP. I know that he will have a lot of fans during that time because just by basing his fan based now in 2013, he has a lot of fans because we all know he is the winner of the World 3x3 slam dunk championship. I strongly believe that this kid will have a bright future in basketball. He stands 6 feet five inches tall and he could play the guard and forward position. He is fast and furious just like his father and I think the school of choice was a key to his upcoming career when he will be in college. I strongly predict that during his 1st two years playing in college, he will be a champion because he chose De La Salle as his basketball team and I know that that team is very good.

Growing up I was a fan of Benjie Paras and right now, little by little I am becoming a fan of his son, Kobe Paras. He brought glory to the country by winning that Slam Dunk championship and I know that people are very excited to see him play basketball in our country. Of course he is still playing basketball right now but he is just a junior High School basketball player. Two years from now, he will be playing in the UAAP and for sure it would be a good exposure for him so that he will be able to play in the PBA in the future when he will be turning professional.
