No trans fat foods list

Foods are the best remedy when you are bored, broken hearted, alone. We often didn’t consider the possible outcome of eating too much. As you know eating too much will gain you weight and when you gain weight you will become fat then you can get sick easily. Anyways, are you aware of Trans fat food list? If I buy foods in the grocery or anywhere I often look for the trans fat label in the food. Trans fat could be done artificially and it is a type of unsaturated fat. That’s why I often look for the trans fat because it comes with a health risk. Since it can be done artificially, the amount of trans fat could be manipulate.

We really don’t know the right amount of trans fat. It is just written in the food and in the restaurant we couldn’t able to watch them while cooking. In my own point of view, putting trans fat in the food is not a good idea and I am totally disagree with the FDA when they allowed to put trans food in the first place. Yeah trans food would be a good thing since it enhanced the flavour, texture of the food but  based on my research it comes with a health risk. Foods such as cookies, pizza, junk foods, fries, chocolates are rich in trans fat and I once loved these food but I cut it off when I learned about trans fat.


 Recently I was very happy when I heard that the Food and Drug Administration banned to remove trans fat out of the food. Actually, many companies have already lowered trans fat product but is not good enough. So examples of no trans fat foods list. Milk is one of the examples of no trans fat foods list. Eggs, cheese, yogurt have no trans fat foods. But just be careful of the amount of sugar. No trans fat foods list include vegetable and fruits, these are very healthy in the body and these are good for your health. Foods those are rich in protein like fish is also an example of no trans fat foods list.  Grains such as cereals, bread, rice and pasta often have no trans fat food. As the saying goes health is wealth. So we should take care of our health and aware of the foods we eat.
