Shakira is better known as an amazing belly dancing and a singer. Sakira has the ability to do belly dancing and she could bring what it takes to be an amazing artist. Shakira has curve body figure with abs. How did Shakira maintain her curve body figure? What is Shakira workout routine to get hips and abs like Shakira? Shakira often do different extreme exercise in order to achieve her body figure. Shakira workout routine is focuses her abdominal muscle and get curved. Shakira workout routine for her abs are pilates side hip raise do 20, toe touch crunch, Russian twist, pilates table top, jumping oblique twist, pilates back bow, flutter kicks and scissor crunch. These are shakira workout routine for her abs. If you want to follow shakira workout you need to do this 2-3 times a week for best result. Shakira workout routine should be done together with cardio exercise.

If you want to get in shape and to have a curve body figure, it is not hard as long as you are focused and give yourself a shot. Workout is the best way to get in shape. If you want to work with your muscle, abs and so on, you need to have cardio exercise and other extreme exercises. You should have balance your eating habit. We have this attitude that we often crave for sweets and other carbohydrate. We know that it’s not good for us still we do it. Eating unhealthy foods will makes us bigger and bigger. Mind you, it’s a big problem when gaining weight because it so hard to lose weight. I experienced the hardship of losing weight. It is not easy when you are not used of regular workout. The main thing here is giving up the foods, the sweets. But if you are just committed with your workout in the long run you will get used to it.


Shakira workout is focuses on her abs, hips and curve. Since before she has amazing body figure that every woman wants. To achieve shakira workout, as what I’ve mentioned above, if you have guts then follow shakira workout routine. If given the chance I really love to do shakira workout to have hips and abs like her. It takes effort and determination. If you want to get in shape you can join outdoor activities or sport like biking, walking, jogging and many more.
