Diet!? We all know that diet is not easy and it requires perseverance and determination. Nowadays, there are different kinds of diet. It could be done in natural and healthy way or it could be done on a plastic surgery. For me the best diet is the healthy way plus regular exercise. Vegetables and fruits is the best way to reduce and burn fats. You could replace your meals with vegetables and fruits since vegetables and fruits are rich in vitamins and these are good for your health. It keeps you healthy and clean. Basically, eating clean, healthy can have weight lose. This article would give you knowledge about Broccoli vegetables and osteoarthritis.

When we are getting older we could get a lot of illness particularly in our body. There is a new study that Broccoli can prevent suffering the most common form of arthritis. The experts called this broccoli osteoarthritis diet. Osteoarthritis is a painful joint disease which affects the hands, feet, spine, hips and the most common is the knee. Osteoarthritis could be the worse illness because there might be some instances you couldn’t able to walk.  Researchers found that sulforaphane slows down the destruction of cartilage in joints of osteoarthritis.  The sulforaphane is a compound found in broccoli.

Broccoli osteoarthritis diet has shown that it works in the three laboratory models such as cartilage cells, tissue and mice. Researchers have taken this broccoli osteoarthritis diet to prove that it works to human.  Arthritis Research UK’s medical director said that it is an interesting study with promising results as broccoli might have health benefits for those people who have osteoarthritis. Broccoli osteoarthritis diet also prevent in developing osteoarthritis. They still examine if broccoli could prevent suffering most common form of arthritis.

I hope broccoli osteoarthritis diet would have a promising result since I love eating broccoli and it also helps to those people who have osteoarthritis. I hope scientist would give us a good result to prevent or causing people too much hope. In my opinion, I know vegetables have good health benefits and it may prevent developing disease in the first place. But we should not take this as a good sign since it still under study. Broccoli still has a good health benefits though we still not sure of osteoarthritis. Regular exercise is the best way to become healthy and to avoid disease and diet of course. Broccoli is a plus to become healthy.
