Eating before bed weight gain?

Do you eat before bed time? How often do you eat before bed time? Eating before bed time can gain weight. How? Well, our body and muscle will stop moving when we sleep. Eating before bed probably will gain weight because we are just sleeping and our body is resting unlike eating in the morning, its can decrease hunger and it will gain energy in daily activities. Your fat would burn if you eat during active days.  Actually, it has been debated for over years and a research says the right time to eat is around 5:30 to 6:00 in the evening. It was believed that avoiding eating after dinner snack and midnight snack will help you lose weight.

Eating when over stressed before bed time will have a tendency a problem with digestion and it can cause you bloating. Even though eating before bed weight gain still on debate I agree a saying goes that it can cause weight gain. It is not good eating before bed time, yes it can gain weight and there is a myth that it can cause heartburn. If you want don’t want to gain weight then you should be practical and know the don’ts and do. Eating before bed weight gain is true for me so avoid eating after dinner or midnight snack. Eat your meal at the right time. Don’t eat when you are not hungry and don’t over eat when you know you’re full.

You should be aware of you are what you eat. Control yourself of eating too much sweets and rich in calories and carbohydrates. I think this is the right food to eat, eat breakfast that is rich in protein so that it will decrease your hunger and you can avoid over eat. How about lunch? Well, you can eat meat with rice and lessen your rice. You can eat fruits and vegetables during snack time and don’t eat too much during dinner. Avoid eating junk foods because it made me gain weight. I love eating junk foods but I gave up eating junk foods, it was hard actually. I am tempted to eat every time I see them but if you are focused and disciplined  you can tolerate the temptation instead replace it with other healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. If you want to lose weight then have a proper diet and regular exercise. Exercise really works well.
