is the quickest way to reduce fats on your body for just 14 day without withdrawal
your bust. This is called mushroom diet plan. Celebrities are following this
mushroom diet plan particularly Katy Perry, Kelly Osbourne and Roxanne Pallett.
According to Kelly Osbourne mushroom diet plan works for her and she lost
several weights. Singer Katy Perry give credits to mushroom diet plan for her
sophisticated figure. Mushroom diet plan reduce your hips, thighs and waist.
How mushroom diet plan works? Why mushroom?
Mushroom is rich
in protein and low in calories. Mushroom has super low GI which means with a
low glycemic index are digested slowly and can gain energy throughout your
body. Mushroom is a healthy food since it has high in vitamins b, iron and
zinc. Mushroom diet plan could be done in 14-days. How could it be true? 14
days? It says, substitute one meal a day with mushrooms. Either you eat it
during lunchtime, snack or dinner. If you eat too much mushroom it prevents you
from hunger and it like you are eating high fewer calories with rich in
protein.
In my opinion,
there are a lot of preferable diet plan nowadays. Consider mushroom diet plan
which works with some celebrities and it may sound true to them. But if you
want to lose weight you should have a regular exercise. I believe that having
different exercise or doing regular exercise would really mean a lot your body.
It will help lose weight and burn fats. Regarding mushroom diet plan, it stated
it will reduce thighs, hips and waist, I don’t think so. Mushroom diet plan
works if you are focused with the 14day mushroom diet plan. You will replace
your meal with mushrooms and no more other foods.
Given that
mushroom is rich in protein and less calories it doesn’t mean it will lose
weight. I mean 14days? I don’t believe you will lose weight in just 14 days.
Celebrities lose weight because they don’t eat. If they follow mushroom diet
plan then its part of their eagerness to have a healthy living lifestyle. In
short, I don’t believe mushroom diet plan will lose weight in just 14 days. If you eat a healthy, clean, well balance and
regular exercise you can have lose weight. How about you would you believe
