Do you eat before bed time? How often do you eat before bed time? Eating before bed time can gain weight. How? Well, our body and muscle will stop moving when we sleep. Eating before bed probably will gain weight because we are just sleeping and our body is resting unlike eating in the morning, its can decrease hunger and it will gain energy in daily activities. Your fat would burn if you eat during active days.  Actually, it has been debated for over years and a research says the right time to eat is around 5:30 to 6:00 in the evening. It was believed that avoiding eating after dinner snack and midnight snack will help you lose weight.

Eating when over stressed before bed time will have a tendency a problem with digestion and it can cause you bloating. Even though eating before bed weight gain still on debate I agree a saying goes that it can cause weight gain. It is not good eating before bed time, yes it can gain weight and there is a myth that it can cause heartburn. If you want don’t want to gain weight then you should be practical and know the don’ts and do. Eating before bed weight gain is true for me so avoid eating after dinner or midnight snack. Eat your meal at the right time. Don’t eat when you are not hungry and don’t over eat when you know you’re full.

You should be aware of you are what you eat. Control yourself of eating too much sweets and rich in calories and carbohydrates. I think this is the right food to eat, eat breakfast that is rich in protein so that it will decrease your hunger and you can avoid over eat. How about lunch? Well, you can eat meat with rice and lessen your rice. You can eat fruits and vegetables during snack time and don’t eat too much during dinner. Avoid eating junk foods because it made me gain weight. I love eating junk foods but I gave up eating junk foods, it was hard actually. I am tempted to eat every time I see them but if you are focused and disciplined  you can tolerate the temptation instead replace it with other healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. If you want to lose weight then have a proper diet and regular exercise. Exercise really works well.

Actually, Selena Gomez is not the first foreign artist about banning the concerts to Russia. Lady Gaga and Madonna are also support gay right issue and there was Russian protesters did charge Madonna who claimed she was promoting homosexuality to children. Russian government prohibit foreign artist to perform their country without proper documentation and the main thing here is foreign artist should not support gay rights and all.

I think Selena Gomez is innocent about this issue and we all know that Selena Gomez is trying to give a positive message to the world and suddenly out of the blue she can’t be able to perform to Russia. What about her fans? Well, I think Selena Gomez Russian fans will wait until further actions. Regarding latest Russian law, well we should respect them if they wanted to do it that way. In my opinion, promoting homosexuality to children is not a good thing of course. Children are not that open minded about it and Russian government is just protecting them. So to those foreign artist planning to perform to Russia better secure a visa first before scheduling so that when all else fails, your fans will not be disappointed. If the government will increase the taxes I am sure the people will protest. They do not want their low salary to be even lower. In order to combat these they need to find tax increase that will be for a better cause. They can mask the increase as something that will be good for you because of this and because of that but in the end what they really want to achieve is to have better tax money.

One thing that is bubbling in America right now is the Sugar Tax. What is the sugar tax? Is this tax that is being placed on people who export and import sugar? Of course not, these new taxes are targeted on sodas and any product that will have lots of sugar in it. They said that they wanted to place taxes on soda or soft drinks in order to prevent people from drinking it. If the product becomes too expensive naturally we will be force to keep it out of our diet especially if you are a person with very low income.

Who started the Sugar Tax? There are people who proposed the movement because they want to combat the obesity problem in America. If they lessen their consumption of soda or any product that has lots of sugar then there is a chance that they will lose weight. Losing weight has always been a problem because America is a land of plenty where lots of food can be easily bought at an affordable price. Most of these foods aren’t really healthy like the soda and because they are very delicious and sometimes addicting we just cannot help ourselves but to buy these products.

Is the Sugar Tax good for the government? Of course it is. It will help fund any kind of projects that the government will have. It could also increase the amount of money the government has in its treasury. There is a lot of good that the tax will do but the question remains, will people support it? Those who are healthy and don’t drink these products too much support it on the other hand those who are overweight and just loves to gobble this drinks are against it. That is just a given.

Another thing that will affect that tax is the company that is making them. Of course these companies do not want to lose sales and this new tax imposition has the great potential to decrease their sales. I think these companies do not really care about the health of the people. If they did they should be looking for alternative solutions in order to create the same soda but without that harmful sugar. Sugar is very bad for our health if there is too much intake. It is best to moderately drink the beverages but because of their affordability anybody can drink up to 10 times a day.

Here is the deal with new TV series nowadays, if they become very successful the network will then create a spinoff. This way they can have the diehard fans have something new to watch while still having the same theme. Spinoffs can be a little difficult because the fans nowadays are really picky. If the spinoff does not come close to their expectation then immediately they will not watch it. I have seen a lot of spinoffs that got cancelled because they weren’t able to hit it with the fans. Once a program doesn’t get any rating naturally the network will have to choice but to cut it.

The Walking Dead is by far one of the best TV series out there. There are other great TV series out there but it isn’t nearly as great as the walking dead. Many fans wait patiently just the watch the latest episodes. Because of its popularity the network has decide to create AMC Walking Dead Spin off Books. It will still have the same theme of Zombies attacking and eating people but with different cast of characters. I do hope that it will be as good as the original walking dead series because I am a fan of the show

AMC Walking Dead Spin off Books will not be based on books unlike the original Series. This will be a whole different series with different plots and twists. This is perhaps the main reason why the production team is very excited to start the spinoff because they do not have to follow a book or a plot. They have to write down the story right from scratch and they can add or delete whatever they want. Being a writer for these kinds of shows really is awesome. It can be very fun but it can be very tough as well. You need to constantly think of new twists in order to keep the fans on the edge of their seats.

AMC Walking Dead Spin off Books is just a natural thing to do and that is why other great series are also making their own spinoffs. I think the main reason why they want to do a spinoff is to have the same theme but with different story. This will keep the script and content fresh while having the same feel that millions of fans love. If a show has a high rating of course the network will keep extending it until it runs off. Sometimes they need to end the series as to not drag the story and make a horrible ending. Lots of series have been dragged too long and as a result the series becomes very bad.

I have high expectations for this spinoff and I am sure many others feel the same thing that I do. The production team will have to create something that will immediately capture the hearts and minds of its watchers. If not then the fans won’t watch it and it will end in a very bad taste.

If you skip breakfast it slower your energy and you tend to overeat. I read this somewhere in the internet that breakfast helps you to gain energy throughout the day. Of course it was alarming for me and I did a research. Eating breakfast can help you lose weight. Sounds interesting right!?

Eating breakfast gives your metabolism a boost, metabolism works most early in the day. Your body would decrease hunger throughout the day. Eating breakfast will likely respond to a good health benefits. But it doesn’t mean you should overeat so that it wouldn’t increase your hunger throughout the day. I mean you should eat breakfast that rich in protein like egg or lean meat, yogurt, fruit, cereal these are excellent breakfast foods.

In my opinion, eating breakfast help you lose weight if you eat healthy foods and those preferable foods. It is true that it is necessary to eat breakfast so that we could have energy throughout the day. If you skip breakfast it increases your hunger. Eating breakfast, healthy foods like fruits and rich in protein is a good way to start the day and it has the possibility you will lose weight and maintaining a healthy weight. How about this? If you are not hungry then it is not ideal to eat instead just bring a healthy snack whenever hunger strikes. Eat when your hungry and don’t eat when your full or until your full. Weight is important to us, we are particular of our weight.

If you believe eating breakfast help lose weight then it’s up to you as long as you eat healthy foods. You people should know that not every weight or diet studies show a good result. Woah!! Gosh! Holly Madison married in Disney world! Such a wonderful wedding huh!! A fairy-tale theme wedding.  She is so lucky she had the wedding of her dreams. Holly Madison is a huge fan of Disney so they decided to marry in Disneyland on Tuesday. Holly Madison married in Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The guest of honour is their six-month old daughter Rainbow Aurora, her middle name was named after sleeping beauty. The Disneyworld was shut down for the very special occasion. The ceremony was followed at the Blue Bayou restaurant in New Orleans Square.

The guests wedding were about 150 persons and were carried by the train to the wedding site. Since it was a Disneyworld wedding, Mickey and Minnie Mouse and Donald and Daisy Duck were involved at the cake-cutting. Holly Madison married in Disneyworld wore a white, strapless ball gown with a blue sash. It was tied into a big curtsy in the back.
