these people are obese and overweight individuals. But we should not be scared
of diabetes mellitus because there is a treatment for that disease and of
course there are prevention in order to avoid having that kind of disease. In
my opinion the best prevention against diabetes mellitus is just by simply
having a balance diet and a regular exercise. Keeping your body as healthy as
possible is the most important thing in order to avoid sickness. Based on
statistics, those obese and overweight individuals are struck with diabetes
mellitus, therefore all we need to do is to avoid being obese and overweight
and take a good care of our diet and on the foods that we eat.
It is
very important to take care of one’s health and one perfect example of it is by
having a regular exercise. There are different forms of exercise as a
prevention of getting diabetes mellitus. You can ride your bike every day, it
is a form and very effective exercise in order to burn those calories and avoid
getting fat and overweight. Aside from biking, going to the gym is also a form
of exercise that could prevent diabetes mellitus. I think any exercise would do
as long as you burn those calories and you sweat your body. It is an important
way of being healthy. Of course, health is wealth and we need to take care of
our health in order to continue living in this world. We can’t enjoy life if we
are sick therefore we should take a good care of our health in order to
continue our day to day activities and be happy living life.
