Good news for coffee drinker out there!! Coffee may lower the risk of liver cancer by about 40% according to researchers from Italy. And if you drink three cup of coffee a day it will reduce the risk of liver cancer by more than 50%. It was reported that liver cancer is the sixth most common cancer in the world and third most common cause of death. The hepatocellular carcinoma is the common form of liver cancer and drinking coffee will reduce the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma. I never thought that coffee is liver cancer prevention. Who would have thought right?

Coffee is good for your health because it also prevent risk of diabetes which will cause and form liver cancer. The coffee liver cancer prevention findings were published in the clinical gastroenterology and hepatology. So drinking coffee really has health benefits. I am happy about this research and findings because I am a coffee addict, I drink coffee everyday not just in the morning but also in the evening because of my work. Before this coffee liver cancer prevention finding, my mom said I should minimize drinking coffee because it is not good for the health, it will cause health risk since I drink two cup of coffee a day. So I will tell my mom about this research and findings that coffee will prevent liver cancer and it has also health benefits and it will also reduce risk of diabetes. So I will drink three cup of coffee a day and not just two.:)

Liver cancer is most likely to develop to women than men. The Medical News Today also stated that coffee may prevent against womb cancer and prostate cancer.

Anyways, why we love to drink coffee? Drinking a cup of hot coffee may prevent you from falling asleep. Coffee will keep your eyes open. That’s why, most call center agents or those people worked graveyard will drink coffee so that they will not fall asleep. On the other hand, we love to start our day by drinking a cup of hot coffee. Coffee is also one way to stop hunger that’s why my breakfast would always be a cup of hot coffee with bread.

Some of us don’t like to drink coffee because it will make them palpitate or constipation. And it will increase the feeling of nervousness if they drink coffee.  This time they have a reason and must sip a cup of coffee to prevent liver cancer.

It is very difficult to grow up without a father. I mean as a kid, we always would want to have a father figure to guide us as we walk across the path of life. I am writing this blog because I would like to share to you that I myself grew up without a father to take care of me. I know it is a very hard feeling and I hope that you could relate on this if it happened we have the same experience. The hardest part is that you can’t seek for advice or comfort if ever you are feeling down. Although I have a mother who takes care of me but I know it is really different to have a father and guide you as you grow up. How I wish I could experience that kind of feeling but even though my father left us, I don’t have any hate on him. But I just wished that for a second he will visit me and see me but it didn’t really happen. I know that he is having a family of his own right now and for sure I’m having half brothers or half sisters out there.

I would just like to meet them in person since now I am grown up already. I often wonder how my real father is doing right now. Many people are saying that we look like each other and I would really just want to see him even for a short period of time and hug him. The case of Kelly Rowland is the same with mine because she grew up not having a father but we are different in a case that her father wants to see her right now that she has already grown but my father doesn’t care about me. The Father of Kelly Rowland is sorry for leaving her when she was still young and right now that he is old, he wants to spend the remaining time of his life with his daughter Kelly Rowland. If I were Kelly, I would take this opportunity and I will erase all the hate that I have with my father. Because I know that he is already old and he is just having limited time on this earth.

Although it is already too late but I think it is much better to still have the opportunity to hang out and express your love with your father. To conclude everything I just envy those kids who grew up with your father and if you have the chance to say I love you to your father right now, don’t ever hesitate and take that opportunity. Yeah I really do and that’s why I like Katharine Mcphee so much because every time I listen to her songs, I feel comfortable and it makes me happy. Actually the latest news about her is that she got divorced with her husband and she is feeling sad right now. I am writing this blog because I don’t want to add some negative news about her because she is not really feeling that well right now because she just got out of a relationship and it is unfair in her part to read news about this like having a scandal or whatsoever. I respect Alice Dixon because I idolize her career, she is a great and beautiful actress but despite of it, I am also sad to hear the news about the divorce that happened between her and husband just recently. It was not easy for Alice Dixon to accept the divorce because they were married for 13 long years and it happened all of a sudden.

 Alice Dixon is already 44 years old but even though he is divorce right now, I am sure that someday she will be able to find the perfect guy that will not leave him no matter what. She is still beautiful even at her age right now and I am sure there will still be a lot of men that will be attracted to her. Alice Dixon also doesn’t have kids and I think this is also one of the main reasons why they got divorce with her husband. It is so sad to hear a news like this especially with my idol celebrity, Alice Dixon. Ellona Santiago will be my bet for being the winner for this year’s X factor USA. Actually there is a bit of a mistake about the title because Ellona Santiago did not join American idol but she joined X factor USA this year. This is also her second time joining the contest but during her first time, she was with a grouped name Intensity but unfortunately that group was not able to reach the finals. This time around, Ellona Santiago made a gamble of joining again the X factor but this time, she will be singing solo and she is no longer having her group members, intensity to back her up. But she is having a great impression and made a lot of people idolize her because during her first performance, she really singed well and all three judges including Simon Cowel, the cleverest judge of them all was impressed by her singing voice. That’s why I am very confident in saying that Ellona Santiago will win the X factor USA this year and by the way the title is a mistake since Ellona Santiago didn’t’ join American idol at all. If I were to think if which show is much better between X factor and American idol, I think I would still choose the X factor as the show that Ellona Santiago should join. Because indeed Ellona Santiago has the X factor because at first when she joined the competition, she was just a part of the group intensity but at that time, she was not noticed because she was just an X factor and right now she proved to every people watching her performance that indeed she is an X factor on that group because she was a valuable part of that intensity group that joined during the very first season of the X factor and not the American idol.

 I am writing this blog to give some corrections because some people might think that Ellona Santiago joined the American idol but in fact she is a part of the contestants for the X Factor USA 2013. Although a lot of Americans right now consider her as an their idol but she did not actually joined American idol. I am just hoping that Ellona Santiago will win the X factor USA right now in 2013. I really have high hopes for her.

I watched this series during its season finale and now in 2013, I am still watching this series especially it is now on its 4^th season. This series is very famous because of its drama and also there are so many unexpected things that may happen as the season progresses. Everyone is waiting for the release of the Walking Dead season 4 because for sure right after watching season 3, they can’t wait to watch season 4 because of the drama that has been unfold in the previous season of the Walking dead.

The dates have been set for the start of the 4^th season of the Walking Dead. In UK, it has been announced that the 4^th season of walking dead will be released in October 18. Actually it was released last October 18 in UK TV and I think as of this very moment, people from the UK area already waiting for the 2^nd episode of the 4^th season. In Australia and NZ, the 4^th season of walking dead has also been released and people are so happy when they saw the 1^st episode of season 4 in 2013. I know that everyone is waiting for it including myself because I am a big fan of this series. This TV drama started in USA and now it has reached a lot of countries in the world including Australia, UK and NZ.

For sure the season 4 of the Walking Dead will be finished next year and right after that, I know that the fans will again be talking about the next season which is season 5 and for sure they can’t wait to watch it. I am hoping that the walking dead will continue to be popular and I am really expecting awesome twist on that TV series just like in the past few seasons. But what I am hoping the most is that the my favorite characters will not die as the season progresses. My favorite characters are Glenn and Daryl. I’m hoping that those two will be able to survive despite facing difficult circumstances. I am a big fan of those two characters because I really like their personality. I know it’s tough for a couple to be married for a long time and still is not able to have children. I know that every couple wants to have kids because without having any kids, you can’t call that relationship a family. A family is composed of a father, a mother and of course your children which is the fruit of your love. Right now, Alice Dixson is having a hard time because as much as she wants to have kids, especially a daughter but she is not able to have kids after being married with her husband for 12 long years. I know that his husband also wants to have children but I think the Lord God did not grant them to have children. I feel very proud seeing a Filipino-American singer in X factor and I just can’t help myself but become a fan of her.

Unfortunately that group of hers was not able to reach the finals of the X factor and they were eliminated. In fact she is considered to be the queen of salsa and last 21^st of October, she was celebrating her 88^th birthday. Celia Cruz already passed away yet she is remembered by a lot of people because of her greatness. Imagine, Celia Cruz recorded 78 albums and twenty three of those albums turned gold. She’s that famous if you don’t know who she is. Celia Cruz will always be remembered by a lot of people because of her contribution to the industry and of course because of her greatness.

To be honest, at first I really don’t know who Celia Cruz is but I noticed that last 21^st of October, Google had a doodle and when I searched about it, I found out that it was Celia Cruz’s 88^th birthday and Google made that doodle in order to honor her because of her greatness. When I asked my grandfather who is about the age of Celia Cruz, I was shocked when he knew who Celia Cruz is. He told me that her real name is Úrsula Hilaria Celia de la Caridad Cruz Alfonso. My grandfather knew who Celia Cruz is because he was a big fan of her back in the days that she was still young and was still producing albums. My grandfather is a big salsa fan and there is no wonder that her favorite salsa artist is Celia Cruz. I was just amazed when I heard that kind of a news from my very old grandfather.

Every time I hear the news about an asteroid in collision with earth I just can’t help but laugh about it because ever since I was a kid, I’ve been hearing different predictions from different people that this would happen but still all of that news is just conspiracies and I think it will never happen. I mean they are just making some theoretical calculations about it but in my own opinion it is very far from the truth. I know that there are some small asteroids in the past that hit earth but not that exaggerated news about huge asteroid that will hit earth and will cause the end of the world. I really don’t believe on those predictions made by people. I have heard a lot of them in the past especially last year, 2012. They said that the earth will end in 2012 based from the predictions of the Mayans and then there would be a collision between earth and a huge asteroid but it didn’t happen. And now they are making again another prediction about that asteroid collision with earth and it sounds funny and unbelievable in my opinion.

Although there is a part of me that is afraid if ever there is an asteroid collision that will happen. Of course I am just human and I am afraid of the end of the world but I believe that only our God knows when the world end and then we should just put our faith in Him. I am just saying that even though that it is impossible to happen, I just can’t help myself but think about it. And I’m talking about huge asteroid collision with earth and causing the world to end. I’m just basing my opinion on those predictions made by different people.

People will be afraid if they here news about the end of the world and for sure it will cause panic in the society. I am hoping that those people will stop posting false predictions and they should just concentrate living with their own lives without bothering other individuals. I can remember that last year, a lot of people were afraid because of the viral rumors that are spreading all over the internet about the end of the world. But eventually it didn’t happen but it caused major damage in the lives of other people because they were afraid of that false predictions. I am writing this blog so that I could convince other people not to believe false predictions about the end of the world. What was the news about? Was Josh Freeman Substance Abuse really true? Well it seemed that it was true but he wasn’t using an illegal drug he was just using a drug to treat his ADHD. Well there are certain drugs on the market that will trigger a positive and perhaps Josh used one of them. After the incident he has been undergoing all kinds of testing to determine if he was really using illegal drugs and he passed all of them. That is a sign of relief. I think that if a player has a medical problem he should consult with the team physician and ask if this is ok to take. Knowing that he was taking some kind of pill for his sickness then the team could have brushed off the accidental positive and avoided this kind of drama.

No athlete wants to have his career end. They have worked too long and too hard to achieve were they are now only to be banned because of drug abuse. I think no athlete would take that risk. A cancer is not an ordinary illness. It may cause and damage a human’s life. Cancer is a malignant illness when it becomes worst it can take away someone’s life. There are different types of cancer and all of them are dangerous illness. According researchers, it increases the number of cancer patient in the world. And it also increases the number of death because of cancer. There are some people who can survive cancer it depends of what kind of cancer she/he have but most of the time you can never survive cancer if it’s getting worse and you have no treatment and other medications.

Lucky for those can afford treatment and medications because they have a chance to become a cancer survivor. But how about those people diagnosed cancer without sufficient money to support medication and treatment? A cancer patient needs sufficient money to support medications and treatment. Let’s put this way that a cancer patient has been treated and have medication but it doesn’t mean that the patient could survive cancer because a cancer is a horrible illness and it is miraculous if she/he can survive cancer. A cancer is the worst and horrible disease I ever known.

Actress Fran Drescher is a cancer survivor. She has been diagnosed with uterine cancer. She had been diagnosed by eight doctors after being treated with the said cancer. Imagine eight doctors!! Fran Drescher cancer survivor is a big example to those who have cancer. She gives another life to show for those cancer patients that they could be a cancer survivor for those who can afford treatment and medications. Fran Drescher cancer survivor had undergone an immediate radical hysterectomy to treat the disease. Actually, she wrote a book about her experiences, the book is entitled Cancer Schmancer. This could help you not to lose hope and the book was to indicate that women and men should be aware of the early signs and symptoms of cancer so that it can be treated immediately before it will get worse.

It is not easy to have an illness like this. My aunt has a breast cancer, she has been diagnosed by a breast cancer for almost four years and until now she is been into several treatment. It is hard to see her in that way because she almost gave up. She experienced a lot of pain and sickness. We are hoping that someday she can be one of those cancer survivors.

The rumors are really true about the divorce between Monique Mosley and Timbaland. In fact, Monique Mosley announced to the public and to her fans that the five years of marriage is finally ended and now they are filing for divorce. I was sad when I heard about this news because I was a big fan of Timbalan and even with Monique Mosley. I thought that their relationship would really last forever and I was not expecting this break up or should I say this divorce to happen. Although Timbalan already has a 10 year old child from his previous relationship but he has a 5 year old daughter from Monique Mosley and now what they are fighting for is the right for custody for their 5 year old daughter. Of course Monique Mosley would want the custody of their 5 year old daughter and she would like Timbalan to continue to support her daughter, I mean financially. I guess she doesn’t care about Timbalan anymore but all she wants is that the father of her child would continue to support her daughter financially.

I know that it is not really easy after having a separation in your partner and I know that Monique Mosley is hurt right now. But it takes time in order to accept all the hurt and all the pain that she is feeling right now. Since 5 years is quite a long relationship with her ex husband but I know that she made the decision not to continue the relationship because it will become much worst if she will continue. I know that it is not easy to make such decision but I think she did the right decision so that she could live her life peacefully. For sure it is very difficult to live a relationship with your partner if you no longer love each other. I mean it doesn’t feel right to continue the relationship. The tendency is that both of you will just get hurt and I appreciate Monique Mosley for her courage to end the relationship and I think it is the best way.

If there is no such thing as a perfect man, then I could say that I hope she might find a better man.
